a wonderful escape!
warm welcome convenient location inviting space attentive service
the staff's welcome was good and warm. the hotel's location is convenient. the beautifully decorated ground floor rooms offered an inviting space. breakfast was excellent with attentive service.
the pool was closed for refurbishment, so I was unable to enjoy that amenity.

amazing stay!
spacious bedroom good hairdryer lovely sauna wide choice
i found the bedroom spacious. it included a good hairdryer, a kettle, and also an iron with an ironing board. the sauna was lovely, and the swimming pool of good size. the breakfast offered a wide choice, including continental and english options.
The car parking on site was £10 per day. Spaces are limited though.

Our room included a comfortable king-size bed and fresh linens. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries. there were also ample towels. It was a great bonus for a relaxing stay.

fresh fruit friendly staff central location
the breakfast was delicious with many options. i especially liked the fresh fruit selection. the staff was friendly and always willing to help with any questions i had. the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to the seafront and town center.
i noticed the hot water in the bathroom sink took a while to heat up, a bit inconvenient.

average stay with some issues
clogged drain worn furniture
the cleanliness was not ideal i found some hairs in the bathroom and the shower drain seemed clogged the water drained very slowly it was a little unsettling the bedroom furniture was also quite worn there were noticeable scratches and dents on the desk and bedside tables i thought it could use some updating to improve the overall impression. the tv remote was also missing a battery cover it kept falling off it was annoying.

low pressure soft pillows
the shower had barely any pressure it was pretty frustrating to try and wash properly the water just trickled out it was really annoying and made showering take forever i also found the pillows uncomfortable they were too soft and offered no support i ended up with a stiff neck each morning a firmer pillow option would have been much better
